McDowell Pregnancy Care Center is a parachurch Christian outreach ministry and exists to aid women whose pregnancies create a personal crisis, as well as to help the family and the father of the child. We service the entire community of McDowell County and surrounding areas regardless of race, creed, nationality, age, marital status or disability.

We do not lecture and we do not judge. We do counsel that abortion compounds rather than solves the problems associated with unplanned pregnancies; therefore, we do not advise, provide or refer for abortion. We provide the support necessary to enable a woman to carry her child to term and plan constructively for her future. We also encourage abstinence and sexual purity before marriage.

As a Christian ministry, we assure those who seek the aid of the Center that their right of privacy will never be compromised. We endeavor to introduce Jesus Christ as Savior, thereby offering true hope through His saving grace.

~Referrals to doctors or other professionals for OB-Gyn care and ultrasound.
